Cadenza's ambitious plans are best illustrated by the acquisition and planned development
of a significant, strategic brownfield site near Northfleet, within the Thames Gateway.

The residential development hinged around a planning application for 370 residential units, ranging from one, two and three bedroom apartments to two, three and four bedroom houses with structured amenity space including partially enclosed courtyards and open gardens.

 

This 8.5 acre site, formerly a paper sack factory, lies within a few hundred metres of the proposed Ebbsfleet Station and its development has already brought tremendous benefits to this strategic development zone.
