Occupying approximately an acre in the heart of Epsom town centre, this site was formerly a garage, retail premises and approximately 20,000 sq. ft of offices, but had become run-down and was ripe for regeneration.

The site was acquired on an unconditional basis, taking into account the existing tenancies, (some inside and outside the 1954 Act) and a proposal for the redevelopment of the site has now been agreed with Epsom and Ewell Borough Council. The scheme comprises 152 residential apartments, some 13,500 sq. ft of retail space and associated service yards etc and a 78 space basement.

 

A contemporary design was encouraged by the Local Authority and was duly produced by our architects Broadway Malyan.
