Cadenza was actively
involved in the creation of 14 highly specified new build apartments, constructed
on the footprint of a former public house, using a combination of contemporary
materials and stylish architecture to create a distinctive, desirable address.
This complicated regeneration scheme, designed to maximise space throughout
the entire developable area, could only become reality through the skills
and vision of a team of project specialists, ranging from management consultants
and engineers to architects and contractors.

A successful ‘retro’
themed marketing campaign, aimed at a diverse mix of potential
purchasers, resulted in all 14 units being sold off-plan.
